to support you through challenging life experiences
so you can live life and soar!


STEP 1:
ALLOW YOUR HEART TO BREAK

This is THE crucial step that many people overlook.
We will approach this process beginning by allowing yourself to truly feel all of your emotions; through your body, heart and mind. Together, we will create a safe space to honor what you’ve been through. Think of this as “emotional yoga.” Although this may be challenging, it is the foundational step that will ensure a graceful ride. I will hold your hand and guide you step by step so that you can fully feel the heartbreak, disappointment or numbness.


STEP 2:
TAKE BACK YOUR POWER

take back your powerThis step is about gently reviewing how you got yourself in this sit­uation. I will support you as you look into the victim mentality towards acknowledging the powerful being that you are. You will look at un-useful thought patterns, behaviors and the bodily responses to those thoughts and behaviors. You will begin to make conscious shifts. This is a potent step in the yogic practice of Svadhyaya (self study). 


STEP 3:
FORGIVING YOURSELF

forgive yourselfIn this step we lovingly review the broken pieces. We look at working with self-defeating thoughts. I share with you a number of sacred practices that will unburden your soul from judgment, blame and shame. Modalities to heal the body will be put into prac­tice. You will experience a sense of freedom that was not possible before.


STEP 4:
FALL IN LOVE WITH YOURSELF

fall in love with yourselfWhat could be better than this? This is a tender and joyful process! In this step we will curiously look at the unique gifts that you embody. There is often an experience of healing as you see yourself with brand new eyes. You will begin to experience the awe and wonder of YOU with deep appreciation, reverence and care.


STEP 5:
CONNECT TO YOUR BODY, HEART AND SOUL

connect with your body, heart, and soulWe will investigate authentic and optimal ways in which YOUR body, heart and soul operate. We will investigate authentic and optimal ways in which YOUR body, heart and soul operate. We will playfully explore and experiment with tried and true techniques of the ages such as various forms of Yoga, meditation and other en-light-ening practices. As you begin to know yourself on a deeper level, your soul’s purpose will come to light.


STEP 6:
DESIGN YOUR NAVIGATION MAP – MASTER YOUR TOOLS

self masteryFrom self-knowledge emerges a perfectly designed tool box for your¬self. Together we will co-create a way to navigate through the ebbs and tides of your days. You will learn how to joyfully self-nurture and maintain your center through movement, mind, heart-centered and PRESENCE practices. The Yoga of Your Life is starting to take shape.


STEP 7:
RE-CREATE A NEW LIFE

re-create a new lifeTogether we will explore in the realm of infinite possibilities! We will dive into the creative process with raw potentiality. The yogic principle; Santosha (contentment) will become your natural state. You will have all that you need to design a more authentic, soul-fulfilling life. Now the fun really begins!
